About

186 S Washington Street

The Constantine Commerce Center (3C) was founded in 2004 by the Constantine Downtown Development Authority with the purpose of assisting local businesses retain their customer base, expand business opportunities, and to provide a one stop shop for persons in need of business development assistance. The 3C has working partnerships with Western Michigan University, Glen Oaks Community College, Small Business Development and Technology Center, St. Joseph County Economic Development Corporation and the Three Rivers Chamber of Commerce.

A variety of business services are offered to clients and non-clients of the 3C. WMU undergraduate students work a class term with a specific business to help develop needed strategies with the 3C business. The Senior Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) provides business assistance to persons who are just entering or have an established business. The Small Business Development and Technology Center in cooperation with Glen Oaks Community College, also provides free counseling for 3C business development. The St. Joseph County Economic Development Corporation provides guidance to persons considering starting a business and those who have an established business.

The 3C provides physical space to those who wish to find a professional location for their business. Suites range from less than 100 square feet to over 300 square feet. For  lease prices please call the Village Office. The 3C is located in downtown Constantine at 186 S. Washington Street.
